Launched as part of the UAE's vision for gender equality and women's empowerment, this initiative provides specialized training programs designed exclusively for women across various professional fields.

The UAE Women's Initiative is a landmark program dedicated to empowering Emirati women through education, skills development, and professional growth opportunities.
Full Academic Year
A full academic year to learn and develop English language skills with professional instructors.
Stronger Communication Skills
Develop communication skills through training in conversation, listening, reading, and writing.
In-Person Learning
Study in person at any of Al Omran Training & Development Center branches across the UAE.
No Tuition Fees
The initiative covers the full cost of the educational program for accepted beneficiaries.

Therefore, we launched this initiative to provide accessible professional training, support career advancement and leadership development, create networking opportunities among professional women, and contribute to the UAE's vision for gender balance in the workforce.

Who Can Apply?
The initiative is dedicated to Emirati women who meet the following criteria:
The applicant must be an Emirati woman.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be available for 1.5 hours, three days per week.
Must be committed to attending and participating throughout the program duration.

To ensure maximum impact, not all applications will be accepted automatically.
After receiving applications, beneficiaries will be selected based on:
Meeting Initiative Criteria
Verification that the applicant meets all required conditions.
Application Priority
Application priority is taken into account within the beneficiary selection process.
Nominations from Supporting Organizations
The target number will be completed through nominations from government organizations supporting women across various emirates, following the approved coordination and nomination process.
Ultimate Goal: Reaching 500 Emirati women and providing them with a real opportunity to develop their English language skills for a full year.
Where Will Studies Take Place?
Studies are available through Al Omran Training & Development Center branches across all emirates of the United Arab Emirates.
When applying, you can choose the emirate and branch most suitable for you, and accepted applicants will be contacted to complete the registration process and program details.
